This is a good faith agreement. The submission of an order-form and/or documents to us for apostille processing indicates the customer’s agreement with this disclaimer and expressly excludes responsibility of any kind. The client accepts and releases us of any claim of damages from the processing of the documents.
We will do its best efforts to protect the client´s privacy and document confidentiality during the processing periods and will not responsible of the client’s privacy and document confidentiality during courier transit periods shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL or any other courier. We will not be responsible if the documents are lost, destroyed or damaged due to fire or flood during courier transit periods shipped via USPS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL or any other courier.
We assumes no responsibility for the contents of documents presented by the client. The legitimacy and accuracy of documents submitted to us is sole responsibility of the client.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify us, and hold us and our affiliates harmless,, and our and their respective directors, officers, agents, contractors, and employees against any losses, liabilities, claims, expenses (including legal fees) in any way arising from, related to or in connection with your use of our website, your violation of the Terms, or the posting or transmission of any materials on or through the website by you, including but not limited to, any third party claim that any information or materials provided by you infringe upon any third party proprietary rights.

Refund Policy

Customers should consider carefully before making an order through our website. Once you make the order, administration fee and management fee will be charged from our company, which means after the order has been made, if you decide to cancel the order, refund fee will be charged.
You will receive a 100% refund if we cannot obtain an apostille/certification for your document. Please note if your documents are rejected for an apostille/certification because they’re not properly prepared (e.g., incorrect notarization, missing information, or extra marks on the document, etc.), you will not get any refund. We reserve the right to retain 100% of the administration fee and management fee.
We provide our services based on the order submitted by you requesting the service. Should you have an issue with the way our staff handled your request, please let us know by email or phone.
Should you request a chargeback, please know that we will inform your credit card company that you agreed to our services in writing and will present relevant proof (the order information, etc.).
Within ONE hour of payment, If you decide to cancel your request before we begin processing your documents, please contact us in writing by email at info@hagueapostilleservices.com. If the order is not being processed yet, we will refund 100% of your order amount. If the order is already processed, only shipping fee can be refunded. The refund will take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Shipping Policy

Shipping for apostille and certification services will commence only after the completion of the required processes. Shipping fees are non-refundable once shipping has started. Delivery typically takes 4–5 business days; however, delays may occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances. We will provide a tracking number once the shipment is dispatched, but please note that we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or issues that may arise during transit. 1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
Whomi Global Inc. (“hagueapostilleservices.org” hereafter referred to as the “Hague Apostille Services”) processes personal information for the following purposes and does not use it for any other purposes:

To confirm customer registration intent, verify and authenticate customer identity for service provision, maintain membership qualifications, manage accounts, or facilitate payment and delivery of services.

2. Retention and Processing Period of Personal Information
Hague Apostille Services retains and processes personal information within the agreed retention period or as required by law when collected from data subjects.
Specific retention periods for personal information are as follows:
Service application and management: 90 days after termination of the document service contract.
Records related to contracts, withdrawals, payments, and supply of goods in e-commerce: 2 years.

3. Delegation of Personal Information Processing
Hague Apostille Services does not delegate the processing of personal information to external parties.

4. Rights and Duties of Data Subjects
Data subjects may exercise the following rights concerning their personal information with Hague Apostille Services (“hagueapostilleservices.org”):
Request to access personal information.
Request corrections for errors or inaccuracies.
Request deletion.
Request suspension of processing.

5. Items of Personal Information Processed
Hague Apostille Services processes the following personal information:
Essential Information: Name, ID, password, email, mobile phone number, resident registration number, IP address, cookies, and essential document issuance details.
Optional Information: Fax number and document delivery address.
For identity verification, the following personal information is collected:
Name, gender, date of birth, mobile phone number, telecom provider, nationality (domestic/foreign), encrypted authentication values (CI), and duplicate membership confirmation information.

6. Use of Cookies and Automated Data Collection
This site does not use cookies or other automated data collection devices.

7. Disposal of Personal Information
Hague Apostille Services promptly disposes of personal information once its purpose is fulfilled. The disposal process, timelines, and methods are as follows:

Disposal Process: Information entered by users is moved to a separate database (or separate storage for paper records) after achieving its purpose. It is stored for a defined period under internal policies or legal requirements before being disposed of.
Disposal Timelines: Personal information is disposed of within 30 days after the retention period expires or is deemed unnecessary (e.g., service termination, business closure).

Hague Apostille Services implements the following technical, managerial, and physical measures to ensure personal information security as per Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act:
